STEPHEN KOLBERG
Attorney and Principal Stephen Kolberg has a substantial record of success on behalf of his clients before judges and juries in state and federal courts. He has successfully litigated numerous contract and contract disputes, closed commercial and residential real estate transactions, prosecuted commercial and mechanic’s lien claims, and defended OSHA and prevailing wage disputes. Attorney Kolberg has arbitrated numerous cases before the American Arbitration Association, argued before the Supreme Judicial Court, the U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals, and has conducted protests and appeared before numerous state agencies.
Attorney Kolberg earned his Juris Doctor at Washington University in St. Louis and his Bachelor of Arts with honors at Bradley University. He has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1986 and has served as an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association Commercial Panel.
