Attorney and Principal Stephen Kolberg holds a record of success in trying complex commercial, contract, construction, employment, tort, labor and regulatory actions before judges and juries in state and federal trial courts on behalf of corporations, professionals, contractors, developers, sureties, employers and employees.

He has litigated numerous contract and employment disputes, public and private bond and lien disputes, commercial and Uniform Commercial Code claims, bankruptcy issues, OSHA and ERISA regulations, and prevailing wage disputes. Attorney Kolberg has also arbitrated numerous cases before the American Arbitration Association Commercial Panel, argued before the Supreme Judicial Court, conducted state and federal bid protests, and appeared before state agencies, including the Department of Labor and Industries, the Division of Unemployment Assistance, and the Department of Industrial Accidents.

Attorney Kolberg earned his Juris Doctor at Washington University in St. Louis and his Bachelor of Arts at Bradley University in Illinois with honors. He has has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1986 and has repeatedly served as an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association Commercial Panel.
